At first was dubious about the exercises that James gave to me to do for 6 weeks but after a week of carrying out these exercises I found them to be working(well done James). James has sat and listened to my back problems and made sure I got the treatment I needed especially my mri scans he explains and shows me the problems I have and which parts of my spine is the problem he puts my mind at ease wen discussing pain management and always asks if anything has changed in my symptoms .James has shown and emailed me goid exercises for my bulging discs which will help to strengthen my back and ease my pain he has booked me in to see a pain clinic and a Pilates physio to help with my bladder incontinence I’m very happy with my outcome thankyou James
